Field Superintendent

Our client in Herndon, VA is actively hiring a Field Superintendent with Data Center project experience. The Superintendent will be responsible for the quality of client service, utilization of staff, marketing, office reputation, contract management, billing collection, and project profitability for mission critical / data center engineering projects.

Required :

• The successful candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship required
• 5-10 years field supervision experience required
• Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects with Budgets between $1M to $20M
• Client Facing / Client relationship / Client Management skills
• Must be familiar with the construction process of Mechanical, Electrical and Process Equipment within critical facilities.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills is required
• Candidate with established local client relationships preferred
• Engineering or Technical degree preferred
