We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of commercial projects across Northwest Ohio. About the Role

The Superintendent will oversee all field operations—coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades—to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining site quality, cleanliness, and safety, while working closely with Project Managers to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades for smooth project delivery.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and logs.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, collaborating with Project Managers to stay on track.
• Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges or delays proactively.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
