Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administrations (HRSA). The Dental Assistant and / or Registered Dental Assistant supports MCC's Dental Clinics with a wide range of duties and supports Dentists at all times and focuses on delivering excellent customer service to our patients.

Hiring Bonus : Employees who work 24 hours a week or more are eligible to receive a $1,000 hiring bonus.

Work Schedule :

• Monday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• Tuesday from 1 : 00pm - 9 : 30pm
• Wednesday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• Thursday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• Saturday from 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available. Part-time and full-time as well.

Shift Differential : Evening and weekend shifts (4 hours) with direct patient contact include a 10% pay differential in addition to regular salary. Evening differential is paid only for completed 4 hour shifts that begin after 4 : 00pm.

Covid-19 Vaccinations and Booster Requirements : All employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including current booster as a condition of employment, subject to limited exemptions. If you completed your primary series and early boosters, but have not received the most recent booster, you will be required to get the most recent booster and mask until completed.
