Facility & Maintenance Technician
The Facilities and Maintenance Technician will monitor the condition of the building and overall upkeep of the facility.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in all facility areas, including offices, lobby, restrooms, break rooms, and high-traffic zones (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and trash removal).
- Perform routine restroom and break room sanitation, restock supplies, and ensure essentials are replenished.
- When applicable, place safety hazard signs in the building such as wet floor warning signs.
- Clean and maintain common areas, elevator cabs, lobby doors, chrome fixtures, walls, and other surfaces; spot clean as needed.
- Monitor exterior and landscaped areas, removing litter and debris.
- Assist with light maintenance (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, minor repairs) and report issues to management.
- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, or hazards to maintain safety.
- Support building engineer / management as needed, including occasional evening janitorial work.
- Clean, organize, and maintain lab areas, stock rooms, kitchens, and labs.
- Clean and care for glassware, utensils, laboratory tools, and equipment.
- Prepare for events, including setup and post-event cleanup.
- Execute cleaning tasks in production areas following GMP, SOPs, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Sanitize production equipment, tools, and work surfaces using approved cleaning agents.
- Dispose of waste safely and in compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cleaning documentation, logs, and checklists as required.
- Adhere to PPE and safety protocols at all times.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the day.
- Support additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Maintain professional appearance, reliability, and conduct at all times.
- Primarily indoors with some outdoor responsibilities
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and physically demanding tasks

Qualifications :
