Facility Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :

• Job Title : Facility Maintenance Technician
• Location : Southwest Houston area
• Pay : $18.00-$25.00 per hour
• Hours : M-F 3 : 30pm – 12 : 00am, on call weekends
• Duration : Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties : Daily building equipment inspections, routine maintenance tasks, maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and other maintenance duties as needed.
• Requirements : At least three years of experience in building maintenance. Journeyman Electrician license, or HVAC license a plus!
