Responsibilities : The primary responsibility of the Adult Outpatient (AOP) Therapist will be to provide mental health services based on the application of clinical social work and / or clinical psychology theory and principles. Specific duties include but not limited to :

• providing therapy that includes goal oriented, and empirically based models for individual, group, family, and couples in the office;
• providing services with the goal of collaboration and coordination with other community service providers;
• participating in training and supervision and providing public information;
• completing at least five initial assessments per week and making appropriate referrals;
• may undertake special teaching and training activities as requested;
• delivering reimbursable hours of service compliant with established standards;
• regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
