Solution Consultant

• Participate in scope discovery meetings with prospects as requested.
• Develop, design, document, and deliver scope of works, hour / cost estimates, and professional proposals that meet the customer’s requirements.
• Present value and technical knowledge when demonstrating digital transformation solutions.
• Proactively build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor.
• Liaise and collaborate with the Delivery teams to identify the best-in-class solutions and ensure their successful delivery.
• Take ownership and responsibility for customers’ risks and issues when required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT service presales / solution consulting and customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and application development.
• Good sales and organizational skills for effective sales pitches and collaterals.
• Excellent proposal writing skills spanning business and technology domains.
• Fluent English is required.
• High understanding of search, recommendation, and analytics systems.
• Deep knowledge of technical aspects such as cloud platforms, software integration methods, and software architecture is a plus.
