The Pharmacy Learning Team is in search of a skilled business intelligence professional. We are dedicated to aggregating learning outcome metrics from diverse sources and communicating these valuable insights across our business units. As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will play a vital part in aligning training initiatives with company objectives, enhancing learning evaluation strategies, identifying key training outcomes, recognizing the need for additional interventions, and showcasing the value of our efforts within the organization. Your expertise will be essential in addressing complex business challenges through data analysis from both internal and external sources, providing actionable insights for decision-makers.

Travel : This is a remote position; however, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range : The compensation range for this role reflects a good faith estimate for starting base pay based on full-time employment as of the posting date. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, education, and certifications.
$89,000 - $121,400 per year.
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, which depends on individual or company performance.
