Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.### Experience : Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.### Qualifications : Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.### # Pay and Benefits : $16.50 - $26.45For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include :
