As a Compensation Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Compensation & Rewards department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, technical expertise in compensation analysis, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title : Compensation Program Manager Location : Austin, TX - Hybrid (3 days / week onsite, 2 days / week remote) What's the Job? Support and execute compensation programs including salary cycles, Market Pricing, and Pay Equity initiatives Assist in offer reviews, ad hoc projects, and testing complex compensation models Collaborate with compensation analysts on daily activities such as offer analyses and dashboard audits Design salary structures and leveling frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity Manage and analyze compensation data to provide actionable insights and recommendations What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with exposure to individual contributor-focused programs Proven ability to design salary structures, leveling frameworks, and manage salary planning cycles Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and modeling Familiarity with compensation platforms and HRIS systems Experience conducting pay equity analyses and understanding relevant laws and regulations What's in it for me?
