What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
- Manage HRIS data, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate regular file audits.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs, including support for open enrollment.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and engagement efforts.
- Track HR metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4–5 years of verifiable HR Generalist or Manager experience with HRIS and payroll systems.Proven ability to balance administrative and strategic HR responsibilities.Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.Preferred : SHRM or HRCI HR Certification, experience with digital HR transitions, and familiarity with Paychex HRIS.Here’s the Important Details
