We are looking for an accomplished Lead Accountant to oversee financial operations and deliver expert accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex financial processes while driving improvements in systems and workflows.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of over 50 clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial services and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights tailored to each client's business objectives.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders, fostering an understanding of financial statements and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address compliance issues and streamline accounting operations.
• Stay informed on the latest accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry practices to deliver high-quality services.
• Provide leadership in enhancing accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Offer strategic advisory services to clients, helping them navigate financial challenges and achieve their goals.
• Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing financial operations and preparing financial statements for diverse clients.
• Exceptional ability to communicate financial concepts to clients with varying levels of familiarity with accounting practices.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of 50+ clients, demonstrating strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and the ability to quickly adapt to new technology tools.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and US GAAP principles.
• Experience in advisory services for both public and private sector organizations is preferred.
