Position : Project Coordinator-Restoration Emergency Services
Position Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting project execution and client satisfaction. Youll assist with job file management, customer communication, scheduling, and coordinating with field teams. Youll also help manage billing processes including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project administration for emergency restoration jobsMaintain accurate, organized digital and physical job filesHandle AR / AP tasks including invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and vendor paymentsAnswer and route customer care calls; provide updates and ensure satisfactionCommunicate and collaborate with field crews, estimators, and third-party vendorsSchedule inspections, follow-up visits, and job completion activitiesPrepare internal reports and assist with insurance documentationSupport the team in ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budgetQualifications
2+ years experience in project coordination, administrative support, or customer servicePrior experience in restoration, construction, or emergency services a plusWorking knowledge of AR / AP processesStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or restoration-specific software like Xactimate, DASH, or PSA preferred)Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative mindset with a can-do attitudeWhy Join The Team?
