Job Title : Remote Project Coordinator

Hourly Pay : $26 - $32 / hour

In this role, you will assist with organizing project activities, tracking progress, and providing administrative support. Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Project Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues
• Help coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items

Monitor and update project timelines, resources, and budgets

Support the resolution of project-related issues and bottlenecks
