IT/OPS Specialist 1
Job Duties
- Assist with the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and Office Automation equipment
- Create and Maintain processes and documentation
- Troubleshoot computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware when issues arise
- Assist with the installation and configuration network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
- Communicating networking issues to other employees and management
- Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users or from inspection of the systems
- Assist in onboarding operations with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability / training of system hardware and software
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
- Provide support and maintenance on our digital copiers and scanners
- Onboarding and Offboarding of users
- Experience with the following systems
- Datto
- IT-Glue
- Salesforce CRM
- Office 365
- Office 365 Admin
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience : 4-5 Years of Experience in the Technology field required
- Education : Associate degree in a related field, 2 Years of College or 2 years of related work experience preferred
- Customer Service Skills : Strong communication, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
- Teamwork : Collaboration with colleagues and escalation of complex issues when needed.
- Eagerness to Learn : Continual learning and staying updated on IT trends is important.
