Solutions Engineer

Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world's fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

Lithic is hiring a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver technical product solutions that meet customer needs and highlight the value of our platform. In this role, you'll partner with customers and sales teams to develop tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate the benefits of working with Lithic. What you'll do :

• Design and deliver technical product solutions that address customer needs and showcase the value of Lithic's platform.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze customer challenges, identify best use cases, and develop effective solutions.
• Provide domain expertise and insights to guide internal decision-making and identify opportunities for future product development.
• Develop deep expertise in card issuance and processing, becoming a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.
• Become a Lithic product expert, capable of demonstrating and articulating the value of our platform with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications :

Base Salary : $168,000 - $198,000

We believe in-person collaboration boosts creativity, communication, and agility, which are key to our growth. Employees in the NYC area are asked to work from our SoHo office three days a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays are core in-office days - the third is flexible.
