Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Home Health

Waltham, MA

Salary : $35$45 per hour

Bonuses : Referral Bonus + Performance Bonus

Join BrightStar Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Waltham, MA , where youll deliver compassionate home health care directly to clients in their homes. Responsibilities :

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and following care plans.
  • Coordinate with RNs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation using EHR systems.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Follow all safety and health regulations in home care settings.

    • Requirements :

  • Active and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or related healthcare setting.
  • Current BLS certification .
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of compassion and dedication to quality patient care.
