Business Development Manager

Compensation :
- Base Salary : $60,000 – $65,000 annually ($28.85 / hr – $31.25 / hr)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $75,000 – $100,000 annually (inclusive of base salary, commission, and bonus)
- Commission : Uncapped, earned on every invoice
- Bonus Opportunities : Weekly sales incentives available

Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to join our Inside Sales team in Baldwin Park, CA . This is a full-time, onsite role in a call center environment. Candidates must have excellent outbound sales and relationship-building skills. Remote work is not permitted.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Present, promote, and sell company products to new and existing customersPerform cold calling and outreach to generate new business leadsConduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to offer tailored customer solutionsEstablish and maintain long-term customer relationshipsAddress customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely mannerMeet or exceed sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams to align sales strategy and executionTrack market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activityDeliver persuasive, audience-specific presentationsAttend trade shows and participate in external promotional eventsMaintain accurate time records by clocking in and out dailyPerform other duties as assignedQualifications :
2–3 years of inside sales or account management experience2+ years of outbound calling and prospectingExperience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative preferredStrong communication, selling, and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office, CRM, and BRM toolsMotivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skillsKnowledge of the vape / cannabis industry is a plusBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experienceMust be punctual with reliable transportationMust be able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PMBenefits :
