This role will provide enterprise-level leadership in the creation, launch, and scaling of new programs within our Modular Products business, leveraging our strengths in mechanical cooling solutions to establish a robust modular program and product portfolio serving the mission-critical, industrial, and distributed energy resources (DER) markets. The Senior Director of New Program Development will translate strategic business vision into multi-year growth programs, driving innovation, market validation, product design, operating model optimization, and long-term commercialization. This role will lead cross-functional alignment, shape capital investment strategies, and ensure new programs are operationally and financially viable in support of the companys 2030 vision and beyond.
