A company is looking for a Proactive Customer Recall Agent (Remote - Indiana).
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and emails to vehicle owners and dealerships regarding safety recalls
Provide excellent customer service and represent a major domestic auto manufacturer
Assist with team projects and offer timely solutions through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
One or more years of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be an Indiana resident with high-speed internet access
Able to work shifts Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Eastern time
Must maintain a secluded and distraction-free work environment
