Compensation
Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr
Additional benefits include : 25% bonus, training, progression, medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and other benefits.

The Role
- Take ownership of an engineering department and lead a team of 7 direct reports
- Work on both new systems and retrofits for a range of clients and industries
- Participate in commercial meetings with clients and internal teams, as well as external collaborating organizations
- Take mechanical systems through from design to manufacture and delivery
