Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute individual and team sales plans to meet or exceed goals
- Lead and participate in sales calls, demos, and customer meetings
- Manage and support account reviews with existing clients
- Oversee customer retention and account upgrade strategies
- Implement strategies to drive net new business growth
- Monitor sales metrics, report on performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Recruit and onboard successful sales representatives
- Assign and optimize sales territories
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations and development reviews
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Ensure accurate use of CRM tools and complete sales documentation
Qualifications :
AA or Bachelor's degree (preferred)5+ years of successful team management in office equipment salesExperience selling Segment 1-5 equipment, Production print, MPS, and software solutionsProficient in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelinesStrong background in sales strategy and executionExceptional customer service mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication, math, and analytical skillsStrong organizational and follow-through abilitiesAble to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesValid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proper insuranceCore Competencies :
