The Role :

Comply is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and execute a dynamic field and event marketing strategy that drives pipeline and brand awareness across key markets. This role will balance high-impact, in-person events with engaging virtual experiences to connect with senior-level audiences and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong project management skills, proven event execution experience, and the confidence to collaborate across teams and engage with executive stakeholders. This is an opportunity to establish and scale a core marketing function at a fast-growing, innovative company.

Responsibilities :

• Design and execute Complys field marketing strategy across major business and financial hubs, including NYC, San Francisco, and Boston, to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
• Plan and manage executive-level events such as prospect dinners, roundtables, happy hours, and partner activations that align with GTM and revenue priorities.
• Lead Complys participation in industry conferences and trade shows by managing sponsorships, booths, speaking opportunities, and all related logistics; with approximately 50% travel required.
• Own a robust calendar of webinars and virtual experiences to engage prospects and nurture leads through the funnel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, Product, and Brand teams to ensure event programs directly support business objectives.
• Develop scalable event playbooks to ensure consistency and operational excellence as the company and marketing function grow.
• Produce 1-3 marketing webinars per month in Goldcast
• Plan and manage Complys annual client conference Comply Connect
• Manage Complys attendance at 10-30 partner events or tradeshows throughout the year
• Analyze and report on event performance metrics, including ROI, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Manage annual events budget

Skills and Qualifications :

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $95,000-$105,000 plus applicable bonus / benefits offerings, etc as those similarly situated within the Company.
