Your Mission
Boggi Milano has recently embarked in an ambitious development plan encompassing multiple retail openings and different distribution channels in the United States of America. Notable are the three openings in NYC and the launch of our concessions in Bloomingdale department store.
NYC is the House of our Regional Corporate Offices and for our team we are searching for a dynamic Payroll Analyst , caring for both Corporate and Retail environments and having as core targets to provide punctual and detailed support to our Management in all aspects of Comp & Ben in all the Federal States the Brand finds itself operating into.

Key Responsibilities
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Apps, Qlik, Tableau).
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
The knowledge of Italian and Spanish (Spoken or Written at least a B1 level) will be a plus.
