Dynamics 365 Finance Customer Engineer

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance) Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in client workshops and solution design for D365 Finance modules

Help customers integrate AI capabilities into financial workflows

Guide customers through finance modernization efforts and operational reporting using Power BI

Required Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience

7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance or equivalent ERP systems

Deep understanding of core financial processes and reporting needs

Experience leading end-to-end implementation cycles

Familiarity with embedding AI insights into finance workflows
