Senior Payroll Specialist

Are you a payroll pro who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? Our client-an established organization on the east side of Cleveland-is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead full-cycle, multistate payroll processing for a workforce of 200+ employees. This is a contract opportunity with immediate impact and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing across multiple states
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and adjustments
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Qualifications

Pay Details : $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
