Position : Technical Program Manager
Location : Dearborn, MI - Hybrid
Duration : 12 month contract + Extensions
Pay Range : $45 / hr - $55 / hr

As a TPM, this individual will be responsible for multiple working teams and have responsibilities in Agile Project Management, Program Management, and Architecture & Software Platform Support.
Coordinate the Software (SW) development activities with the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) project per clients Product Development ProcessesCreate project plans to support Global Product Development System (GPDS) timing for the main ADAS programs and manage the SW Feature / Function implementation planUnderstand the gives and gets from the different teams working on ADASCreate sprint plan and PI plan and content goes into each sprintCreate and maintain SW feature implementation planDefect management -Manage the closure of SW related issuesDrive technical alignment between various cross functional teams to ensure timely executionMaintain a project dashboard along with key performance indicatorsSupport all release management activities.Create and support identified process improvementsSupport the Lessons Learned TeamQualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a TPMExperience in project management and understanding of formalized PM methodologiesUnderstanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)Professional experience with Jira and ConfluenceKnowledgeable with the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePointProven experience creating and maintaining dashboardsProcess improvement experienceStrong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.Working knowledge of various Agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integrationStrong experience presenting to executivesDemonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staffNice to Have :
