Our students come from diverse educational & ethnic backgrounds attending at : Star International Academy (PreK-12) : Dearborn Heights / Canton Township Universal Academy (PreK-12) Detroit Universal Learning Academy (PreK-12)- Westland Noor International Academy (Pre-K-6) - Sterling Heights Responsibilities : Provides engaging lesson plans to adhere to the curriculum for the grade levelImplements appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, and materialsEnsures comprehension of learning styles and student needsCreates and implements lesson plans to show modifications for differences in student learning stylesUses analytics and data to help drive instruction and promote learningCreates a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the studentsPlans activities and projects that are relevant to the students' needsPerforms other duties as may be assigned Requirements : Bachelors Degree in the study of Education or English Language / Literature or similar fieldMichigan Teacher Certification with a 6-12 English OR 6-12 Language Arts EndorsementThorough knowledge of Michigan Core CurriculumProficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and similar programsPossess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working in culturally diverse setting is a plusAbility to work independently and within a team environmentFlexible open minded, self-driven team memberMust be authorized to work in the US Hamadeh Educational Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
