Summary : Our Customer Service team is looking for candidates with a customer service or project-based background and outstanding customer service skills. At Werner, you'll engage with internal and external customers to solve technical challenges, support and manage our sales processes from point-of-contact to product / solution delivery, and drive business improvements through partnerships with customers.

Required Qualifications :

• Strong customer service or projects background required.
• Strong communication skills - you must be able to effectively present information to internal and external customers in one-on-one and group settings.
• Must be able to build and maintain business relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• High school diploma required. Any additional education is a plus.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) proficiency required.
