Dynamics 365 Business Development Manager
We're looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Dynamics 365 Business Development Manager to join our team. What You'll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients who could benefit from Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, ERP, Power Platform).
- Build a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
- Understand client business challenges and design tailored D365 solutions that meet their needs.
- Present proposals, demos, and business cases to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are understood and achievable.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with Dynamics 365 product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve agreed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
