Role : Senior Analyst - Material Directorate (Lifecycle / Integration)

JOB SCOPE :
The Senior Analyst provides expertise in equipment lifecycle management and integration of materiel solutions across the Army enterprise. This position focuses on coordinating fielding plans, managing equipment distribution and redistribution, and ensuring lifecycle supportability of assigned systems from acquisition through divestment.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Secret Clearance required (TS Clearance may be required for certain portfolios)
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
- Experience at senior levels of the Army such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands
- Knowledge of Army Supply Chain Management and logistics systems
- Understanding of equipment fielding processes and unit distribution planning
- Experience with AE2S-M, LIW / WEBLIDB, ECOP, and FMSWeb databases
- Strong analytical skills for equipment readiness and distribution analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to coordinate across multiple Army organizations (ASC, AMC, ACOMs)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS :
Master's degree may substitute for one year of force development experience; PhD may substitute for two yearsExperience with Army Sustainment Command (ASC) Lead Materiel Integrator (LMI) operationsKnowledge of BOIP development and equipment authorization processesExperience with equipment reset, redistribution, and divestment programsUnderstanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processesRequirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-C certificationTASKS :
Allocate PM-identified monthly production and depot delivery quantities in support of unit level distribution and redistribution planning by ASC LMIUpdate allocation plans during monthly AE2S updatesCoordinate with ASC LMI material integrators to ensure distribution and redistribution plans are adjusted based on Army Senior Leader guidanceMonitor equipment fielding execution and resolve distribution issuesAnalyze equipment on-hand data and identify shortfalls or excessesSupport development of equipment fielding plans aligned with training and operational schedulesCoordinate equipment transfers between units, commands, and componentsTrack equipment through the complete lifecycle from acquisition to divestmentSupport Foreign Military Sales coordination for equipment transfers to partner nationsAnalyze sustainment requirements and coordinate with G-4 and AMCMaintain equipment databases ensuring accuracy of fielding status and on-hand quantitiesPrepare briefings on equipment distribution status and readiness impactsSupport Army Equipping and Modernization Conference coordinationCoordinate with Program Managers on delivery schedules and production quantitiesAssess impacts of accelerated or delayed fielding on force readinessSupport development of equipment modernization and distribution strategiesTrack cascade and redistribution actions to maximize equipment utilizationCoordinate equipment payback plans for Reserve Component training useAll other duties as assigned by management
