Your Role : Electrical Project Manager
As an Electrical Project Manager at Fountain Services, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of workCoordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teamsProcure materials and manage vendor and supplier relationshipsAllocate manpower and support on-site job coordinationReview and interpret blueprints and technical documentsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase ordersConduct regular site visits and lead project progress meetingsEnsure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standardsMinimum Requirements
High school diploma or GEDMinimum 10 years of commercial / industrial electrical experienceAt least 5 years in a supervisory role, such as Foreman or SuperintendentMinimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project ManagerStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and perform well under pressureValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMust pass a drug screening and background checkPreferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldLicensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (optional)Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and project management toolsReferral from a current Fountain Services employee (optional)Portfolio
