We’re an upscale, privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a rockstar Business Team Member to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.   You will be counted on to help get our patients the care they need, be a liason between the patients and the doctor and keeping the doctor busy treating our patients.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Keeping schedules organized and patients happy
• Answering phones like a pro (because first impressions matter!)
• Handling patient records with precision
• Responsible for billing, financial reports, and treatment coordination with patients
• Contributing to a fun, supportive team environment
• Following up with patients in need of appointments with doctor and / or hygienist
