We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Management team supporting Capital Markets Technology within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division. This individual contributor role plays a critical part in enabling strategic decision-making by analyzing data, preparing executive-level presentations, and supporting financial and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CIB applications, basic network infrastructure, and technology environments, coupled with excellent project coordination and communication skills. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the Business Management function for Capital Markets Technology within the Enterprise Payments & Wholesale Technology organization.
- Analyze and interpret large sets of financial, operational, and technology data to provide meaningful insights and reporting.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually effective PowerPoint presentations for senior management, supporting technology strategy, status updates, and business cases.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of budgets, headcount, and resource allocations across Capital Markets Technology teams.
- Contribute to project governance routines by helping monitor timelines, financials, and deliverables across technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology and infrastructure teams to understand CIB application landscapes and basic network dependencies.
- Participate in issue tracking, escalation processes, and technology performance reporting.
- Support process improvement efforts through analysis and documentation, with familiarity in Six Sigma or similar methodologies considered a plus.
- Use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create management reports and dashboards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, decisions, and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including technologists, project managers, and senior leaders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes and ensure appropriate and professional communication among project stakeholders.
- Proactively develop innovative approaches, risk mitigation strategies, quality control and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related trainingSix years of project management experience with increasing complexity of projects and level of responsibilities within a professional environment, including eight years of applicable business experienceKnowledge in software development lifecycle in an enterprise environmentGoal-oriented and action-focusedStrong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skillsObjective, transparent, fact-based and value-focused communication styleAbility to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demandsProven ability to direct the efforts of othersPreferred Qualifications
