BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County is hiring experienced caregivers to provide a higher quality of one-on-one, in-home care to elderly and disabled adults in the community.

Duties :

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands and other
• Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary requirements as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals - Document tasks and create care notes for each visit
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality
