Description
The Access & Reimbursement Specialist (ARS) will serve as an expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage challenges related to the client's products. This remote / field-based position proactively delivers approved education to designated accounts about reimbursement, access, and coverage to enhance patient access. The ARS will assess reimbursement and access challenges and act as a vital resource for other field personnel and regional management, in accordance with policy. When appropriate, the ARS will collaborate with the hub regarding individual patient cases, which includes access and coverage assistance, hub enrollment, and overall coordination.
This role requires significant collaboration across various functions, including Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, State and Government Affairs, Trade, and Specialty Pharmacy Accounts while adhering to all corporate and industry policies and procedures.

The annual base salary for this role is between $145,000 and $160,000. This range represents the expected low and high salary for this position at Syneos Health. Actual salary will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and experience. Some positions may offer a company car or a car allowance, as well as eligibility for commissions or bonuses based on individual or company performance.
