Relocation Transition Coach

A company is looking for a Part-Time Transition Advisor to support recent college graduates relocating for their first corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities

Coach recent graduates through personal and professional transitions related to relocation and starting new jobs

Manage an active caseload of participants and oversee coaching engagements from start to finish

Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions in line with established service delivery standards

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience working with individuals during major life transitions; coaching training and / or certification preferred

Experience or interest in working with early-career professionals or college graduates

Comfort with virtual coaching platforms and maintaining digital client records

Ability to manage a flexible, part-time caseload and meet program deadlines
