Full-Time : 7 : 30am to 4pm Monday Tuesday Thursday 9am to 6pm Wednesday and Friday 9am to 6pm

$15-$18 per hour based on experience

As a Service Administrator you are responsible for efficiently scheduling and confirming appointments for the service department. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers to dealership

Schedule and confirm service appointments

Manage appointment calendar and follow-up with customers

Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding appointments

Process payments

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills

Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Knowledge of automotive service industry preferred

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Prompt and courteous demeanor

Positive and hardworking personality

Strong computer skills
