Provides direct nursing care to mental health consumers based on a systematized body of knowledge. Oversees care provided by LPN and BHT’s. Utilizes nursing processes including assessment, identification of nursing problems, planning, execution, evaluation and notification of nursing interventions as determined by consumer outcomes. Coordinates, implements diagnostic and therapeutic orders. Assures patient safety. Requires FL RN License, Pharmacy Test, and 1+year experience.
