This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the management and resolution of E&O claims across internal business units. The position requires a strong foundation in legal analysis, insurance coverage, and risk mitigation, with the ability to navigate complex claims and advocate for optimal client outcomes. The individual will consult on risk management issues, support litigation teams, and maintain detailed reporting and documentation throughout the claims lifecycle.
How you'll make an impact :
About You :
Required : Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience 5 years' related experience in claims. Strong knowledge of claim and coverage issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge and working ability to use all claims and business related software.
Preferred : Recognized insurance designations a plus Juris Doctor (JD) Admission to a state bar association in good standing. Litigation experience or equivalent claims handling 5+ years experience.
Behaviors : Understanding of the lines of coverage within area of responsibility. Strong organization skills and ability to maintain diverse and large workload while meeting deadlines.
