What you'll do :
Preparation and administration of requests for information (RFI)Confirms the distribution of various project plans to detailers, generals and vendorsWriting extra's and creating extra's from field work Authorizations (FWA, TMN)Run costs to complete cost status reports (CSR)Distributes correspondence to clients monthly (OEC)Manages purchase orders (PO) for various outside vendors, etc. and tracks until paidSend out field use drawings when requestedReports of federally funded projects to general contractor (GC), corporate directed by project manager (PM)Administrate Pre and post start up meetingsResponsible for administrative measures of the ordering, procurement and billing of all specialty items as directed by the project manager (PM)Creation of Extra Log for new projects and reviews contract / specifications regarding pricing with the project manager (PM)Identification and Tracking of Extra releases for PM review and making sure they have been billedPerform additional meeting prep or specialty projects as directed by project manager (PM) or Operations Manager.Check email and all associated inboxes regularly so we stay up to date on incoming informationAdministration of the Detailing submittal logCovering for the project manager (PM) when they are not availableResponding to the customer, detailers, field staff and to all emails and phone calls when providing project manager (PM) coverageFiling new drawing sets, CPM schedules, Pour sequences in the appropriate job folderPerforms other duties as assignedWhat you'll need :
Experience in the construction industry preferredCommunicate effectively oral and writtenMust possess work ethic and ability to be punctualPossess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habitsMust be able to lift 20 poundsRequired computer skills include word processing, spreadsheet functions and database up-keepMust be able to read technical documents and service manualsMust be able and willing to cross train as requiredBasic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredIntermediate Microsoft Office skills preferredAble to work overtime as business requiresAbility to operate office equipment including fax machines, printers and communication devicesExceptional customer service skills requiredYour education :
