Experienced Tax Preparer

Job Description

We are looking for a tax preparer with 3-5 years or more of experience to prepare individual and business tax returns, answer client calls / emails, assist with tax planning & projections, and also perform bookkeeping services. This job requires good time management skills, the ability to communicate clearly, work well under pressure / tax deadlines, and have strong organizational skills. Necessary qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, QuickBooks, and have strong computer skills. Experience with Ultra Tax software is a plus.

The position is full-time, but part-time is also available. The work schedule is FLEXIBLE with the availability to work in the office and remotely.

We are looking for someone who will be able to pitch in and be a team player. We have a small office, and we all work together to help give our clients the best experience.
