Key Responsibilities
Design and implement leadership development programs and training sessions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or talent management
Proven ability to design and deliver leadership and engagement programs
Experience with instructional design and facilitation of training
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics for actionable insights
