A company is looking for a Head of Inside Sales to lead and evolve their inside sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Inside Sales Strategy for new customer acquisition and expansion
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to adapt the ISR model to industry changes
Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes and analyzing data for strategy improvement
Qualifications
10-15 years of total experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in cyber or B2B SaaS
Working knowledge of SOC personas and their decision-making roles
Proven track record of delivering qualified meetings and opportunities to sales teams
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel sales motions and lead generation
Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
