We are seeking an experienced EPIC Operations Support Specialist to manage daily operations, triaging, and incident resolution while interfacing with Epic and Rackspace technical support services. This role will focus on managing eligibility, claims, and provider data loads, resolving provider onboarding issues, supporting EPIC interfaces and data exchanges, and maintaining de-identified test membership data in alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, including triaging and incident resolution.
- Interface with Epic and Rackspace technical support services for escalations.
- Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic, along with maintenance of claims and provider data loads.
- Analyze and resolve provider onboarding issues.
- Support EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues (API and SFTP).
- Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI per enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of EPIC operations support experience.Proficiency in Epic Bridges, Epic Chronicles, and Epic Workbench Reporting.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both business partners and provider community.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications
