PREMIER THERAPY , is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Columbus, Ohio .
PREMIER THERAPY is an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 21+years' experience in senior living communities in OH, PA and NY.

Compensation up to $55 / hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience).

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to :
- Interdisciplinary discussion / review of patients on schedule and treatment.
- New admissions evaluations.
- Review of potential discharges and communication of floor programs.
- Staff training and / or communication of patient progress.
- Programming : Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment.
- Communication with family / facility staff of patient progress / updated goals / adaptive equipment / change of status.
