Our Project Managers at Centrica Business Solutions will work alongside the project development team. This position will encompass all aspects of building energy project management, including financial controls, material procurement, subcontractor management, risk mitigation and safety policy implementation for comprehensive energy conservation projects. The Project Manager must provide leadership, guidance and hands-on participation to ensure all project implementation activity is completed in adherence to customer expectations and Centrica Business Solutions quality standards. The position must also ensure that all projects are installed in the scheduled timeframe while maintaining a high level of focus on safety, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

Our Project Managers contributions to the team include :

• Collaborating with development teams to create cost budgets and refine scopes of work,
• Reviewing and approving customer contacts and agreements,
• Developing, managing, and directing project plans and schedules while proactively identifying project risk management and implementing mitigation strategies,
• Procuring, managing and coordinating project resources (i.e. material, subcontractors) to ensure effective project delivery which includes timely execution of the project close-out process,
• Owning and controlling Profit & Loss (P&L) of assigned projects and ensuring projects meet financial targets; this includes owning project billings and collections.

The travel required for this position is approximately up to 50% of the time and will be mostly regional.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-100,000 + bonus + benefits.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
