Overview
Head of Operations – AI Marketplace (San Francisco, CA). We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join an early-stage, high-growth AI startup focused on self-learning and adaptive AI systems. This is a rare opportunity to build a marketplace from scratch, manage specialized teams, and directly impact the company’s growth trajectory.
What you’ll do
- Build and scale a marketplace of domain experts from the ground up.
- Recruit, vet, and manage a workforce of specialists across domains like finance, healthcare, and more.
- Own relationships with top AI labs and enterprise clients, ensuring marketplace output meets their needs.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate expert data into AI systems.
- Drive high-impact operational initiatives as a core member of the founding team.
