Title - Marketing Audience Specialist

Location - 100% Remote

Duration - 6 months

The Marketing Audience Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of our data-driven marketing initiatives through Client's Experience Platform.

This role supports both existing and emerging capabilities-enabling marketers and campaign operations to effectively segment, activate, and optimize audience strategies at scale. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to create meaningful customer experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Develop deep expertise in Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), with a focus on understanding data schemas, source integrations, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows across channels.
• Support stakeholders in building and managing audience segments within RTCDP- leveraging firmographic, demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to drive targeted engagement strategies.
• Ensure accurate, consistent audience segmentation across platforms and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with data analysts to investigate data issues and validate audience quality and integrity.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new segmentation capabilities meet business and operational requirements.
• Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation (e.g., process flows, user guides, FAQs).
• Train and support marketing users on Client's Experience Platform audience functionality-enabling adoption and best practices.
• Deliver insights through audience reports that highlight contact coverage, audience sizing, quality, and engagement trends-informing go-to-market strategies.
