Job Overview :
Azazie is hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to own website updates and optimization across 4 brands under the Azazie umbrella, and manage all promotions for the brand. You will plan and execute promotions end-to-end, update PLPs / PDPs, and write concise, on-brand customer-facing copy. Youll partner closely with Brand & Creative for assets and execution, collaborate with the SEO team to ensure search-optimized on-page content, and provide clear performance reporting on homepage and promotions results across the business. This role works frequently with our China technology team, so clear, structured, timely and proactive communication is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Own homepage updates across Azazie, Atelier, Suits & Bridal websites : modules, hero rotations, priority collections, launch & promo placements. Work closely with the designer and our China technology team to update the websites.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all published updates; conduct rigorous QA and post-publish checks.
- Continuously optimize messaging to improve CTR, RPV, and conversion on-site
- Plan the promotions calendar, leverage prior-year playbooks and optimize where needed to ensure strong year over year growth.
- Own offer structures (e.g., thresholds, stacking rules, exclusions) and translate plans into clear cross-functional briefs.
- Execute promotions across homepages, PLPs, PDPs, and on-site placements; coordinate assets, timing, and legal copy. Collaborate with the Brand & Digital Marketing team to execute in all marketing channels.
- Lead post-mortems with insights and next steps for future iterations.
- Update and optimize PLPs / PDPs (naming, description, badges, cross-sell / upsell modules, promo callouts).
- Partner with SEO team on on-page best practices (titles, headers, meta, internal linking) to support search visibility.
- Keep product / category presentation aligned to brand and seasonal priorities.
- Own weekly / monthly reporting for website and all promotions - track core KPIs, surface insights and recommended actions to wider team
- Create clear specs / requirements and manage handoffs; follow through to QA and closure.
- Keep stakeholders informed with crisp updates, timelines, and decision logs.
Qualifications :
3+ years in E-Commerce site merchandising / operations / digital marketing (multi-brand experience a plus).Proven experience updating homepages and executing sitewide promotions without a CMS (comfortable with internal tools / process).Experience with GA4, and be able to connect on-site changes to outcomes.Excellent customer-facing copywriting (concise, benefits-led, on brand).Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under changing priorities.Exceptional communicator; experienced working with globally distributed tech teams.CRO / A / B testing exposure, SEO fundamentals & on site testing experience is highly desirable.Experience in fashion, bridal, or seasonal retail industries is highly desirableBenefits :
